October 8, 2022 12pm – 5pm. Broadway Street Fair, Newport, RI:

The Broadway Street Fair is back! October 8th from 12-5pm!

The Street Fair will begin at Equality Park and extend all down to Farewell Street. The day will be filled with music, food, exhibiting artists & makers and local non-profits.

October 15-16: Milford Artisan Market, Milford Green, Milford, CT: 10-4pm:

Get a head start on your holiday shopping and enjoy the activities! This event will be a great mix of 80 artisans and food specialists.  Four musicians are lined up to play, two on Saturday and two on Sunday as well as dancers and a tai chi demonstration.  Rock music includes acts from former American Idol and The Voice contestant Kayla Rae.  Also, there will be plenty of food choices with Silver Sands Pizza and Colossal Kielbasa food stands as well as vendors selling delicious treats of all kinds.

November 6th: Christmas in Connecticut, A Holiday Gift Expo : 9 to 5pm, Naugatuck, CT:

Join Gold Leaf for the third annual Christmas in Connecticut Holiday Gift Expo.
Shop from 200 vendors with products from every category imaginable.
There will be food trucks on site for food and drinks, face painting for kids and pictures with Santa
Admission is $ 7 for adults, $ 6 for seniors 65 and older and kids 12 and under are Free

November 13th: High Hopes 11th Annual Holiday Market, 11-4pm, Old Lyme, CT:

The best event of the season is back! Shop local this holiday while having some fun supporting a great event!

Join Gold Leaf at our annual Holiday Market when over sixty local artisans, makers and craftsmen, the yummiest food trucks in Connecticut, Holiday Beer Garden, and celebrity authors will be on-site. Door prizes and of course the Horse Chip Raffle!

Shop for hand-turned wood bowls, Turkish linens, artisan jewelry, handcrafted soaps and candles, blown glass ornaments, baked goods and sweet treats, while also raising awareness for High Hopes’ equine assisted therapies.⁠

Entry to the Market is FREE with the donation of non-perishable food item(s) to the Shoreline Soup Kitchens & Pantries.

December 4th, 12-5pm, Open to The Public:

At Christmas in the Mansion, you can stroll Lauralton’s decorated halls, tour our historic Victorian Gothic mansion, shop for holiday gifts from 65+ pop-up boutiques, and visit Santa’s Workshop for photos and goodies. You’ll also have the chance to win raffle items including gourmet baskets, handcrafted goods, and one of the “12 Trees of Christmas” decorated by our parents, students, faculty, and staff. Visitors are also welcome to visit the creche in Lauralton’s century-old chapel in Mercy Hall. A longstanding Lauralton tradition, Christmas in the Mansion transforms our historic campus into a spectacular showcase of the season.
